Thank you for visiting the Department of Political Science, Digboi College. Political Science is one of the distinguished branches of the BA programme. Digboi College Governing Body decided to open Honours Classes in Political Science by Resolution No. 2 in its meeting held on 30.06.1970 under the presidentship of Dwijesh Chandra Dev Sarmah. Later, Dibrugarh University extends its affiliation to open an Honours Class in Political Science vide letter no. DU/Adm/Aff/76/639-46 dated 20^th Feb. 1976.Major Course.
