Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) organized by the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research is one of the toughest exams for Physics Honours students. In 2022, a total of 1151 students have cleared the cut-offs for Physics and Theoretical Computer Science. 403 candidates out of 4005 candidates have qualified for the MSc / Integrated PhD programs and 703 candidates qualified out of 5103 candidates for the PhD programs.
Joint Admission Test for MSc (JAM) is an all-India level online entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IITs) every year on a rotational basis on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India.
